KJ & Co., founded in 1997 by Karen Janowski, works with senior executives at innovative companies – primarily in the software, services and computer equipment industries.  Our clients make significant investments in developing and marketing products.  They have aggressive revenue and profit goals, but limited resources.

Our mission is to help our clients become more profitable.
